This role manages a team which delivers student recruitment lead generation activity in the South of England, focussing on activities which take place off campus and securing the long-term pipeline through developing sustainable relationships with schools and colleges. The role covers all levels (undergraduate, postgraduate etc) and aims to raise awareness of the University early in the customer journey with prospective students and their influencers. We are happy to explore flexible delivery and role location of the role so long as we are able to meet business needs. You are expected to confidently lead a team based in the South of England to generate quality leads, develop strategic relationships with schools, colleges, educational partners, local authorities, sector organisations and drive forward new innovative recruitment initiatives. You’ll need excellent people management skills, the vision to build a team, the ability to work across institutional boundaries, and a sound understanding of the complete student journey.
