We couple a cutting-edge learning experience platform with continuously evolving relevant course products to enable remote continuous professional development and certification for educators in over 44,000 schools. We are looking for a CRM Technician specialising in HubSpot to join the National College team, to drive our CRM system and data alongside the technology, marketing, customer success and sales teams to enhance customer engagement and retention. As our CRM expert, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our customer relationship management system to ensure it is effectively utilised as the operational system for the business. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality data and best practices within the platform, creating, managing and optimising automation and workflows, designing and implementing processes, and managing our internal users of the platform. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Administration: • Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it operates efficiently and is up-to-date with the latest features and updates • Customise and configure HubSpot to meet the specific needs of our business, including setting up pipelines, lead scoring, workflows, and reports • Be the central point of support and expertise for the CRM, including user management, data management, field updates and issue resolution Data Management: • Oversee data integrity, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities to ensure a clean and accurate database • Develop and implement data segmentation and list management strategies for targeted marketing and sales campaigns • Provide daily management of the underlying CRM data, such as imports and data integrity • Develop new metrics and integrations as required Automation: • Provide expert guidance to the relevant teams to support on automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and lead scoring in HubSpot • Collaborate with the marketing team to create automated, personalised communication journeys for leads and customers Sales Enablement: • Work with the sales team to align CRM processes with sales strategies, providing the necessary tools and insights to drive sales growth • Implement lead assignment and routing processes to ensure timely follow-up with potential clients Reporting and Analytics: • Generate regular reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of CRM initiatives • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance customer engagement • Manage processes within the CRM system to automate and manage workflows for marketing and sales activities • Provide reporting and analysis of data to enable best targeting of campaigns and sales teams, including market performance and segmentation Training and Support: • Provide training and support to internal teams, helping them leverage HubSpot to enhance their workflows and achieve their objectives • Give experienced input on best practices and implement them with the internal teams Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot features and best practices, and share this knowledge within the organization Requirements About You • Demonstrable high level experience working with Hubspot, or a similar CRM (SalesForce, etc), ideally multiple CRM platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with CRM’s with high volume sales of cloud based subscription services and large customer base • Advanced Excel skills to support further analysis of CRM data • Flexible and able to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced culture Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Proven experience in CRM management, with a strong focus on HubSpot • HubSpot certifications, including HubSpot CRM and Marketing Software certifications, are a significant plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset • Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and performance improvements About The Position • Primarily remote working, with regular meetings for collaboration in the Sheffield office • Opportunity to work at an established but rapidly growing company • Competitive package and holiday allowance If you are a results-oriented technical CRM professional with a specialization in HubSpot and are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our team.
