Sahithya Natarajan (MSc Organisational Psychology, 2022) - College of Policing, Psychologist My name is Sahi and I am a Psychologist at the College of Policing. I completed my BSc Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London and my MSc Organisational Psychology at City, University of London. Learning theories and finding ways to apply and put them into practice has always been a big driving factor for me in pursuing a career in Psychology. I’m particularly interested in the areas of personality, psychometrics and selection and assessment. In my current role, I work towards the design, implementation and quality assurance of selection and assessment processes to support professionalism in policing.

Hosted by Dr Jutta Tobias Mortlock, Reader in Organisational Psychology at City, University of London, we are delighted to invite MSc Organisational Psychology alumni and students to a networking reception, followed by talks from alumni, who will share insights on how to translate the science on diversity, inclusion and fairness into action in their work lives. Both our speakers have been able to help cultivate diversity and inclusion in their respective work places and will discuss these with the audience. Sahithya Natarajan (MSc Organisational Psychology, 2022) serves as a Psychologist at the College of Policing, and she will bring to life how her work brings fairness and inclusion considerations to designing assessments. Shivam Sharma (MSc Organisational Psychology, 2023) is DE&I Manager at IHG Hotels and Resorts and will share his experience growing the diversity, equality and inclusion agenda for multiple corporate stakeholders in this global company. This event will give you an excellent opportunity to make new contacts and reconnect with fellow alumni from the profession, as well as academics and students.
